A full-service, licensed, corporate private investigations agency, Data Quest offers three types of surveillance service:
Data Quest's experienced operatives have been specially trained to conduct surveillances discreetly so that their cover is protected and a successful investigation
is completed. Typically, two operatives are deployed in unmarked vehicles equipped with two-way radios and videotaping equipment for corporate and other white collar
crimes (e.g., industrial espionage), as well as domestic (e.g., matrimonial issues, child custody, etc.) investigations. However, Data Quest offers the flexibility
and resources to provide clients with the services of a sole operative or a complete surveillance team.
Telephoto close-up photography is provided and photographs are stored in a secure file so that the proper documentation of evidence is preserved.

Image Quest, the technical services division of Data Quest, is a leader in the use of modern digital video technology, custom designing systems that are efficient,
user friendly and extremely cost effective.
Partnered with Honeywell Corporation, Data Quest has the expertise to make full use of digital video, including complete remote viewing capability, automatic and easy retrieval archiving and POS integration and text insertion. A complete inventory of cameras are available for any application needed and, rather than just installing systems, Data Quest designs each system to be the most efficient for each client, often saving thousands of dollars, without losing effectiveness.
Data Quest designs video installations that not only enhance security, but also work as a valuable operational management tool. Because of the agency's full-service investigative capabilities, clients have access to complete follow up and response to any and all information observed. The systems invariably provide a fast return on investment.
Free consultations are always available.

Data Quest also assists in the management of video systems by providing remote video monitoring services. Both the client and Data Quest investigators have the
ability to access the machine from remote locations (i.e., anywhere in the world with a DSL connection or better) and access the video archives. Data Quest currently
maintains specialized computer viewing stations with technologically advanced capabilities that are manned by skilled investigators.
The "remote" feature gives investigators the tool they require to monitor and track all employees and locations in the client's location. Investigators strategically monitor camera locations at times that are most likely to exhibit employee dishonesty and misconduct. Such misconduct that Data Quest investigators have monitored includes narcotics trafficking and ingestion, alcohol consumption, larceny of money and merchandise, time fraud and sexually inappropriate behavior. Investigators generate a report with still photos embedded in them and submit it to the client.
Data Quest utilizes the information derived from the reports from the remote monitoring division in conjunction with the agency's other divisions to optimize the likelihood of the investigation's success. Ultimately, this insures that the client's legal, shrinkage and safety issues are realized. The photographs from each report are securely stored in Data Quest's server and may be accessed at anytime as strong evidence in court.
This service is inexpensive and strongly augments the deterrent effect of video security. Data Quest currently offers this service to bars, nightclubs, restaurants,
warehouses and distribution hubs. Clients typically agree to purchase a predetermined amount of viewing hours per week or month, and may choose to increase or
decrease hours at any time based on the information derived from the reports.

Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) surveillances track the location and routes of a vehicle with almost 100% accuracy. This technology can be attached to a vehicle
surreptitiously, and then removed with a complete record of that vehicle's activity, including locations, routes, speed, etc. Also, this type of vehicle tracking can
be done live from our offices, allowing a remote and accurate surveillance in real time.
