The majority of our clients inform their staff about Data Quest's Mystery Shopping program. The program is not only used as a source for identifying weaknesses in systems, it is also used to recognize personnel who provide outstanding service. For an evaluation to be valid, our operatives must not be recognized and/or identified by employees as a Mystery Shopper. Knowledge of specific personal information (e.g., race, age, income level, etc.) enable our scheduling staff to assign every Mystery Shop to the most qualified candidate given the assignment type and criteria.
